In the past few years, we’ve seen the rise of self-driving cars, a concept that promises to radically transform the way we travel.
And as these cars become commonplace, there are some things people hate about them.
We talked to people who’ve already been killed or injured by a self-balancing car, and to see how they’ve changed their life.
We also asked the people who do the driving to tell us about their experiences.
One of the most common responses was “I don’t like it”, while others felt the need to tell you all about the “cruelty” they experienced driving.
And while most of us can understand the frustration this creates for people in the industry, there’s another side to the coin that we’re not always aware of.
“It can be really hard to feel compassion when you are driving your own car, because it’s not really your own vehicle,” says Rebecca Maitland.
“I have a bad feeling about it.
But I’m sure I’m not alone.”

The cars that drive themselves are capable of self parking themselves, and they can travel in cities without a human driver in the driver’s seat.
But the cars that we’ve been driving on for so long don’t have that luxury.
As cars become more sophisticated, they’re also becoming more autonomous, and this means that they can also become extremely dangerous.
In a car, there is a human inside the cockpit, but a self driving car uses a computer system that’s designed to be able to make decisions on its own.
“The driver can be replaced, but the vehicle can’t be, because the computer is not really aware of the driving conditions,” says Mait, a consultant with the transport charity Rideau Road.
“This means it can drive through the intersection at 50mph with the lights on and not care.”
The computer can tell the car’s tyres are inflated, it can also send the car into a ditch without stopping and it can even stop itself if it thinks there’s no traffic ahead.
So, it’s very easy for a self driver to go off course and be killed or seriously injured, and a car can be very dangerous in the same way.
“You’re essentially looking at the safety of your own family members, who are potentially in a much more vulnerable position than you are,” Mait says.
“And the road is much more dangerous for everyone involved.”

It’s based on a self charging system that was developed by a company called Smart Car Systems, and the car is able to self-adjust its speed and braking as needed.
But it’s still in the development stage, and there’s still a lot of work to be done to make it fully self-aware.
Mait’s own personal car is now a little more than 10 years old, and she’s been involved in the self driving revolution.
“In the past 10 years, I’ve seen self-drive technology come a long way,” she says.
“It has given me a much better sense of how safe my life really is and what I could be doing if I went to the shops and bought something today.”

“Mait is part of a group of road safety experts who are working on the project.
They’re using data from Google’s Roadmap data to build a model that maps out how safe self driving would be for everyone in the future.
In this model, the number of road deaths caused by self-steering cars is divided into three categories.
Category 1 involves drivers who have a serious medical condition or a physical injury that can result in a death.
The second category includes people who have some mental health problems.
And the third category includes drivers who drive themselves because they are too lazy or because they don’t want to take responsibility for their own driving.
The project has a lot more to do than just map out the future of the self parking car industry.
They also want to develop software that would be able, when the time comes, to tell the self drive car if it should be stopped and, if it’s safe to do so, to slow down.
